We develop the Project Schedule to identify and define the work to be done from start to finish, meeting the project requirements, which include the Tasks, Resources (labor and non-labor like Equipment, Materials, and even Funds), and Milestones that are necessary to complete the project. Accordingly, we offer/ tailor our services for the following:

  1. Project Schedule based on the Scope of the Project as defined in Contract Documents, Drawings, and the BOQ (if available).
  2. Breakdown the Scope of Work in smaller, manageable parts in the form of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  3. Identify and add the activities in the lowest node of the WBS.
  4. Estimate and assign durations to the activities based on the previous experiences.
  5. Assign logical relationships between the activities to form Total Project Network.
  6. Prepare the reports for Project Schedule (Detailed/Summary/Look-Ahead Schedule reports), S-Curves/ Histograms for Resources, Physical Progress, and Financial Progress.
  7. If required, Estimate and Allocate Resources to the project activities. Please refer to Resource Estimation Services mentioned separately.
  8. If required, Estimate and Allocate Costs to the project activities. Please refer to the Cost Estimation Services mentioned separately.
